Testimonials

My Book- “The Trauma Was Necessary”

In the echoes of childhood struggles, Latonya confronts unspoken questions, tear-soaked nights, and a heart pleading with God. Her rollercoaster journey, from navigating foster care to grappling with the heart-wrenching loss of a child, bears the weight of profound pain. Yet, within the pain, Latonya discovers a game-changing truth: there is purpose in pain.

"The Trauma Was Necessary" isn't just a book; it's a personal conversation with warriors in life's trenches – unsung heroes shaped by scars and struggles. Latonya has been there, shouldering battles, dancing to the rhythm of constant misunderstandings, and emerging stronger.

For every authentic warrior, this book stands as an affirmation: you have a purpose, your voice resonates, your struggles find understanding, and you are cherished. Despite childhood scars, pain, and injustice, within those experiences lies a purpose more profound than the sum of your trials finding purpose in the midst of life's beautiful mess. Let her words inspire resilience, encourage self-discovery, and ignite a profound understanding that, in the end, "The Trauma Was Necessary."
