My Story: Healing Through Faith and Resilience

I know what it feels like to face life’s hardest battles—trauma, loss, and the overwhelming sense of being stuck. My journey has been one of learning to rise above these struggles with faith and resilience.

Growing up in foster care, I faced challenges that shaped my understanding of worth and belonging. For years, I carried the weight of those early experiences, believing they defined who I was. It wasn’t until I began to lean into faith and self-work that I discovered my value beyond the pain.

In 2011, my world changed forever when I lost my daughter to SIDS. That grief left me broken and questioning everything. Through prayer, reflection, and support, I found a path to healing—not by erasing the pain but by honoring my daughter’s memory and finding purpose.

This journey of healing inspired me to become a certified trauma-informed coach. My mission is to create safe spaces for women to heal, rediscover themselves, and live with intention. Healing isn’t linear, but it’s always possible, and I’m here to walk alongside you as you reclaim your strength.

Why I Became a Trauma-Informed Coach

Through my experiences, I’ve learned that true healing involves understanding how trauma impacts us on every level—emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. My coaching is faith-based because, for me, God’s grace was the foundation of my healing. I’ve worked with women from all walks of life, helping them navigate their pain, rediscover their power, and embrace joy again. Healing is messy, but it’s also transformative, and it begins with the courage to take that first step.
