Welcome to CoachHER Life®, a faith-based and trauma-informed coaching practice dedicated to helping women grow through their past, strengthen their confidence in Christ, and step boldly into their God-given purpose. Founded by me, Latonya Howell, Associate Pastor, Certified Trauma-Informed and Christian Life Coach, HR Executive, and Author, CoachHER Life® is more than a coaching service. It is a movement of faith, resilience, and empowerment for women ready to embrace who God created them to be.

At CoachHER Life, my mission is to help women move from surviving to thriving through faith, clarity, and intentional growth. I believe every challenge we have faced can become a foundation for purpose, and that with the right tools, encouragement, and Christ-centered support, transformation is always possible.
This is not just about coaching. It is about creating a Christ-centered environment where your story is honored, your voice matters, and your future is filled with hope. My goal is to build a community of women who rise in faith, confidence, and purpose while uplifting one another along the way.
With over 15 years of experience as an HR professional, I have seen the challenges women face in both life and leadership. My professional expertise, combined with my personal journey through loss, growth, and faith, equips me to guide women through both personal and professional transformation with wisdom and care.
